Your teacher gives you an assignment and says you have at most 2 weeks to complete the assignment. You are still working on the assignment after. 5 days. Write and solve an inequality to represent how much more time you have to meet the requirement.

 so the answer is 9 days left.

Number of days in one week =7

Number of days in two weeks = 14

Now out of these 14 day 5 days have already passed.

Now let us say x days are left,

So making an inequality,

[tex] x+5\leq14 [/tex]

Solving for x,

Subtracting 5 from right side,

[tex] x\leq 9 [/tex]

Answer : We have at most 9 more days to complete the work given.
