Ordinary Russians came to revolt against the Czarist regime in Russia for a number of reasons.  Ordinary Russians felt that they were treated unjustly by the Czarist regime, especially in terms of freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of speech. and freedom in terms of artistic expressions.  Also, ordinary Russians were aware of the regular violations of basic human rights that the Czarist regime was committing.  

The Czarist regime in Russia is one that lasted for more than hundreds of years in power.

The Czarist regime was ruled by an elite and awesomely wealthy people, however, the regime ended during the February Revolution 1917.,

The Ordinary Russians came to revolt against the Czarist regime because

  • They felt that they were treated unjustly in terms of freedom of press, assembly, speech, religion etc

  • They also become aware of the regular violations of basic human rights that the Czarist regime was committing.
