Since a totalitarian type of government is a dictatorship, you can obviously eliminate B and D because there is no separation of powers is a totalitarian type of government. Also, there would only be one party, because leaders take power by force. And since there is only one party, there aren't any elections so the correct answer is State-Controlled Media. Hope I helped!
