I love the Thor movies.
There isn't choices but I know the answer is; Loki was jelaous about his brother (plus Loki isn't actually Thor's brother) he wanted the throne because he thinks Thor isn't good enough to rule Asgard and with that it caused Thor to snap and they ended up fighting over it. So the conflict in this is that Loki wants to rule Asgard but Thor isn't having it.
Hope this helped :)
Have a great day

I love answering questions like these.
The answer is that Loki fought Thor out of Jealous and Hatred. Loki also was casted aside by his own father adopted father ( Odin ) and was loved more by his mother. Loki now sees in The First Thor Movie that his was originally a child of Laufey. He has also learned that he was an monster, which made his whole life just a big lie and uncovered the truth why Odin loved Thor so much than Loki.
