Respuesta :

Having unions between the workers / employees in a company is by design a supposed positive collaboration between the members of the union and the management. However due to its misuse the and negativity the leaders of the union fuels the members to think badly of the management. Over the years forming of union has become a symbol of revolt of the workers with the management. This poses disadvantage overall to the stakeholders as they decrease productivity and promotes further disagreement having the workers let their feelings get the better of them instead of the correct judgment which should benefit both them and the company.
