Y = -4/3x+4
If you just use the simple formula Y=mx+b it’s fairly simple
M= the slope and the slope = rise/run so you find a point on your line like (6,-4), and your next closest pint which is (0,4) and count how many squares up (rise) and over (run). The negative comes from the fact that on the run you’re moving to the left or further negative on the x axis.
B= the y intercept so where the line crosses the y axis
