What should you do if the exercise schedule you make for yourself is not working well by mid week

get a new one or motivate yourself to do better
I would figure out what the problem is for example let’s say you exercise an hour every night but you are too busy to complete the hour of exercise because of homework etc then you could just switch it around to work for you.

So figure out the problem of why your exercise schedule isn’t working and then find ways to fix it.
