The answer is Pessimistic Explanatory Style.

Pessimists have the opposite explanatory style for they blame themselves for things with bad luck that happens and thinks that the cause was something permanent. But, when something good happens, they tend to connect and depend it to luck and see the cause as a temporary case only.
