I think in order to achieve positive results with desegregation, contact should be equal in status. Desegregation is the process of ending separation of two groups usually races, religious, or cultural groups. For example; In the Us desegregation is the practice of assigning and transporting students to school in a manner as to redress prior racial segregation of schools, or to overcome segregation on local school demographics.
