The three characteristics of the Agricultural Revolution are:

Larger cities became a reality. The rise in productivity increased the food supply to the cities which contributed to the rapid growth of population as well as the decline of the agricultural labour.

New tools made it possible for more crops to be grown.  Changes in farming methods were introduced, as for example "crop rotation" particularly applied to turnips and clover.

Farmers learned to control water through canals and wells. The development of water power and the agricultural drainage system by which water was drained in the soil, improved the production of crops.
