Ideally the best places in Central Asia for nomadic sheep herding would be a place were you have higher mountains for the summer period cause it is hot in the plains and the grass is green in the higher parts, just bellow of the mountain to be a low plain for the winter months so that the extreme cold is evaded partially, and a constant water supply. So the ideal place would be the western and central part of Kyrgyzstan.
