Ok so we just need to play with the circle formulas a bit to spit out the answer here.
A=[tex] \pi r^{2} [/tex] and C=2[tex] \pi r[/tex]. We need to use these to get the radius of the circle.
32=2[tex] \pi r[/tex] just divide 32 by [tex] 2\pi [/tex]. Making the radius about 5. Now we use the area equation,
A= [tex] \pi r^{2} [/tex] but r is 5 here so the area is 25 times [tex] \pi [/tex] which is 78.5398163...
