embracing your emotions -such as sadness, anger, anxiety, etc.- as a normal and natural part of life that everyone goes through. You don't let small feelings of negativity overwhelm you. But you also don't deny that they exist either.
feeling sad or down, confused thinking, or reduced ability to concentrate , fears or worries , extreme feelings of guilt, extreme mood changes high or low, less active with friends and family , isolating yourself, ect .
