I’m confused on this one

The point-slope form of the equation of a line is
[tex] y - y_1 = m(x - x_1) [/tex]
where (x1, y1) is a point on the line, and m is the slope of the line.
[tex] y - 3 = \dfrac{5}{3}(x - 0) [/tex]
[tex] y - 3 = \dfrac{5}{3}x [/tex]
