if two planes intersect they intersect in a straight line. Would this be never, sometimes, or always happen?

well, I'd say never, since intersection by its definition means, it comes from somewheres, hits the other, and keeps on going, like the planes P and Q in the picture below.


so intersection by definition is not in a straight line.
