EXECUTIVE ORDERS These are provisions issued by the President of the United States that administer the operations of the executive branch of government. In order to implement changes according to the needs of the nation and that are manifested in an official document with a number and signed by the President.
It is the constitution that provides the limits to the executive orders ordered by the presidents. And the Congress has the faculty to approve or not the economic financing for the application of the measures proposed by the President.
These, in turn, can be reviewed by the judiciary.
In general, they fulfill their function until the end of the exercise of the president in turn. But the new president can revoke them.
Characteristics of an "Executive Order"
* Must have its foundation in the Constitution of the United States or in a law for legal support.
* It has a number.
* They are published in the Federal Register to inform and communicate the orders to be made.
* Enter the budget for the execution of the provision.
