I think that the answer should be "She dislikes them and sees them as predatory and heartless" It's not the first one because the text would have some words that describe the birds as agile, like "gracefully" or something. It's not the third one because if they were unimportant then why is the author talking about them? It's not the fourth one because the author clearly describes how they get their food and kill it off. So I think it's the first one because the main topic the author focuses on is the birds killing their victims so that they can eat them
