Megan wants to see if mice that are fed food A or B grow at a faster rate, so she creates an experiment. No  . there is no control group in this experiment. as both groups in this experiment will be given food A and B.
Megan has no control group in her experiment. Food A and food B are to be dispensed in both experimental groups. To balance her experimental design, she may add a group where the mice are fed 'normal' food, since feeding them no food is not an option.
