Pretend you are in the same cell as MLK during his time in jail. Write a short script (15–20 lines) that creates an imagined scene between the two of you. What questions would you ask him? As I stared at him whilst he was being brought into the jell cell,I noticed the bags under his eyes.

"Hey,You look tired" I said

"Yes,I am tired.I'm tired of the way black people are treated differently.I am tired of how every time we get near them,they automatically marks us as someone different."

I sighed.

The word really is like that.
