hi I remember taking this test and I believe the answer was B and D. I'd have to read the chapter again but just so you know I might be wrong.
The answer is B and D. The reason why A is wrong is because the Native Americans did not have citizenship and could not vote until 1887. The reason why C is wrong is because they did not get any benefits from the transcontinental railroad. Hoped this helped! :)
