C: Supervisors- They are mandated with making short-term decisions directing the daily tasks of non-managerial personnel. Examples include; store manager, crew leader, and shift supervisors. They also oversee the work of non-managerial personnel to ensure it is in line with the direction given by middle-level managers. They report to middle managers.
