I think its a proposal to create a new government
a demand for the equal rights of women
a condemnation of men’s treatment of women

Stanton’s Declaration of Sentiments may be described as (1) a proposal to create a new government and (2) a demand for the equal rights of women.
In the Declaration of Sentiment, published in July 1848, in Seneca Falls Convention, Elizabeth Stanton, in behalf of all women, states that all women and men are created equal and deserve to enjoy of the same rights, insists upon the institution of a new government that doesn't oppose to those ends, presents a list of several ways women have been oppressed by men and affirms that women will use whatever resource they have to effect their object: equal rights.
