This is likely antisocial personality disorder. Unlike oppositional defiant disorder or conduct disorder, APD is more likely diagnosed after a person reaches the age of 18. In addition, those who exhibit APD are more likely to have a disregard for their fellow man and lack remorse for the negative or violent actions they undertake.
