Ash trees have quite distinct leaves because they have compound leaves. This means that the leaf is actually a group of small leaflets attached to the stalk. While this is not unique, we have that the ash tree has leaflets opposite each other (usually 5 to 9 leaflets including the one at the top of the leaf) which is quite rare.
Answer: Option 3(C)-broad leaf, compound leaf, leaves attached at many points, leaf bases attached opposite each other on branch.
Got it right on ED 2020, Good luck!!:)
