Urge him to drink water, restrain organic product juices, quit eating fake concentrated desserts and eat apples and other sweet natural products. Take an interest in a get-healthy plan with the youngster so they will imitate your movement and eating designs also. Perhaps energize taking an interest in a game too to get 30 minutes to a hour of physical action a day.
